ESTIMATE

If our custom wedding invitations are what you’re looking for, the first step is to request an estimate. Please fill out our quote request form at http://de-plume.com/quotes and we’ll promptly reply with pricing based on your needs.


CONSULTATION

If our estimate looks good, we will then arrange a consultation either in person or over the phone to get an idea of the look and feel you’re wanting to achieve. With the additional information provided from the consultation, we will revise the original estimate to get you an exact cost for design and production of your wedding suite.


APPROVAL & DEPOSIT

Once pricing has been finalized, a deposit in the amount of 50% of the quoted cost is required to start design and production.


CONTENT

To begin the design process, we’ll need you to provide the exact wording for each piece of your wedding set in an email or text document. It is crucial that this information be proofread thoroughly as we will work directly from your provided text. If you’re unsure of wording etiquette, we are happy to make suggestions to help the process along. Just let us know if you’re getting stuck.


DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Once we’ve received your content, we will begin the design process (the fun part!). A digital rendering of how your invitation suite will look when printed will be provided for your review. We are happy to provide a few different options to choose from if you have trouble visualizing different colors or papers.


REVISIONS/APPROVAL

After the initial rendering is sent you will reply with any changes or revisions necessary and we will revise accordingly. Once all the information is triple checked and deemed correct and the design meets your expectations we will get your final approval to start production.


PRODUCTION

Once we’ve received final approval for the design, we will begin production. Production turnaround time generally ranges from 2-4 weeks from the date of final artwork approval.  If you should need them in a tighter time frame, rush service is available for an additional charge to cover expedited shipping of materials.


FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY

After everything is ready to go we will process your remaining balance (if applicable) and ship your wedding suite via insured UPS service. Or we can arrange a time for you to pick them up at our office.
